Terms and Conditions for GHsignature
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of GHsignature, operated by Gharnata Tours SARL patent 45109711. By using this website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this site. Please note that GHsignature services are exclusively available for travel agencies and tour operators.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the GHsignature website (the “Site”), operated by Gharnata Tours SARL. The website is designed to provide bespoke, tailor-made travel experiences, specifically for travel agencies and tour operators. GHsignature does not offer services directly to the public.
2. Tailor-Made Services for Agencies and Tour Operators
2.1 Personalized Planning: Our services are based on customized, personalized itineraries designed exclusively for travel agencies and tour operators. We work closely with these partners to create unique tours and experiences.
2.2 No Self-Booking: This website does not provide a self-booking system. All bookings are made upon request and must be finalized through consultation with our team or the dedicated GHsignature team to ensure a fully tailored experience.
2.3 Quotes and Proposals: Any details or quotes shared on this website are non-binding and are intended for informational purposes only. Final pricing and arrangements will be provided through direct communication with Gharnata Tours SARL or the dedicated GHsignature team.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process: All bookings are made via consultation with our team. After discussing your preferences, a tailored proposal will be created. Once agreed upon, a deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before the start of the tour.
3.2 Payment: Payments for tailor-made tours are processed through secure payment channels. Prices are confirmed and agreed upon before proceeding with the booking. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
3.3 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 500 Euros per person is required to confirm the booking. The balance will be due before the start of the tour.
4. Eligibility
GHsignature services are only available to licensed travel agencies and tour operators. By engaging with GHsignature, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a registered business entity involved in the travel industry. We do not offer services directly to individuals or non-professional clients.
5. Traveler Details
5.2 Traveler Details:
You must provide a list of all travelers' details at least 14 days prior to the departure date. This includes the full name (as per passport), passport number, expiration date, nationality, date of birth, gender, rooming preferences, dietary requirements, and any medical concerns. Failure to provide complete details on time may impact your booking.
5.3 Booking Amendments:
All rates are per person, based on the number of people traveling together as one group. Any changes to the group size at any point will require the trip to be repriced accordingly. By making your deposit payment, you agree to the most recent itinerary and price quote. Any changes made by you after the services have been confirmed may incur additional charges due to changes imposed by hotels, ground operators, or internal airlines or railways. No changes will be permitted within 14 days prior to departure.
5.4 Cancellation Terms:
Some tailor-made trips may have cancellation terms that differ from the standard conditions outlined here linked to special demands, congresses and events, special request,products. Your dedicated GHsignature consultant will advise you of the applicable cancellation policy for your specific booking prior to payment of the deposit.
5.5 Transfers:
If complimentary transfers are included in your booking, these are only applicable if the accommodation is booked through GHsignature. To guarantee a transfer, we require complete flight information (including flight number and arrival time) at least 30 days prior to departure.

  • In case of changes to the flight details, we must be informed at least 24 hours before the planned arrival.

  • If clients miss the flight, we need to be informed at least 3 hours before the originally planned arrival time of the flight.

  • If no flight information is forwarded to us or if these conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee the transfer operation and cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, delays, or missed services.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by the agency (client):
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the booking.
6.2 Cancellation by Us:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule any tour, we will notify you as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered where appropriate.
7. Liability
7.1 Our Liability:
Gharnata Tours SARL takes all reasonable care in organizing the services and experiences we offer. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in the tours, unless it is a result of our negligence.
7.2 Your Liability:
By booking with Gharnata Tours SARL, you agree to accept responsibility for your actions during the tour, and any loss, injury, or damage caused by your actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content of the GHsignature website, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by Peter Manshoven ("PM") or licensed to us, and may also include content provided by third parties such as hotels, transport companies, and activity providers. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
While we may work with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., local hotels, transport services), these services are subject to their own terms and conditions. Gharnata Tours SARL is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party suppliers.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
12. Modifications to the Website and Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to the content of the GHsignature website, as well as update or revise these Terms and Conditions. All changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.
