Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Content Creation Service At Ghsignature, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and imagery to enhance your brand. To ensure a smooth experience, we have outlined our service confirmation policies below. 1. Service Confirmation Confirmation of Service: After you submit your request, we will confirm the service details and pricing within 3 business days. The service is only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from us, including the agreed-upon scope of work and pricing details. Custom Services: For highly specialized or custom content creation requests, please allow for up to 5 business days for service confirmation. A customized quote will be provided to you. 2. Payment Terms Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required upon service confirmation to secure the booking and initiate work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, prior to delivery of final content. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Pricing: Prices provided in the service confirmation are subject to change if additional services are requested or if the scope of work changes. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing, and if done more than 7 days before the confirmed service date, there will be no charge. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the confirmed service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 5 business days before the service date are welcome. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the service and location. No Show: If the client does not show up for a confirmed service, the full amount will be charged. 4. Travel and Additional Costs Travel Expenses: Travel expenses will be added to the invoice for on-location services (e.g., photography, site visits). These will be calculated based on distance and any logistical requirements. Additional Costs: Any additional costs, such as permits or special location fees, will be clearly outlined in the service confirmation and billed separately. 5. Service Modifications Changes to Service: Modifications to the confirmed service can be requested but must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the confirmed service date. Changes after this period may incur additional charges.
