Cancellation Policy

Mystery Shopper Booking & Consultation Policy Thank you for choosing Ghsignature to evaluate your hotel or travel experience through our expert Mystery Shopper service. To ensure clarity and quality throughout the process, please review our booking policy: 1. Consultation & Evaluation Fees Our standard rate is €100 per 40-minute consultation, which includes a tailored briefing and debrief of the mission. For complete mystery shopper operations, pricing is determined based on the scope, duration, and destination of the assignment. A quote will be shared in advance. Full payment is required upon confirmation to secure the mystery shopper assignment. 2. Booking Process All requests must be made via our online booking system. Once confirmed, you will receive: A booking summary A call link (Zoom by default, Google Meet or others available on request) A timeline for briefing, execution, and reporting Custom evaluation checklists can be submitted upon booking. We will combine your criteria with our standardized evaluation framework. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation or mission briefing. Rescheduling: Requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be honored when possible. Late cancellations or no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend without notice will result in the full fee being retained. 4. Flexibility & Tailored Service We understand the dynamic nature of operations. Should you need to adjust the scope, travel dates, or locations, please inform us as early as possible so we can adapt accordingly. 5. Confidentiality & Anonymity All mystery shopper assignments are conducted in full discretion. Both your identity and the purpose of the visit remain confidential. Reports are shared only with authorized persons as defined by you. 6. Service Scope Our mystery shoppers: Travel incognito Evaluate according to both client-provided and Ghsignature criteria Deliver comprehensive post-visit reports, including impressions, compliance checks, and suggestions Additional services such as benchmarking or multiple-property audits are available upon request. 7.
