Cancellation Policy
Booking & Consultation Policy Thank you for choosing Ghsignature for your luxury travel consulting needs. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our booking policy: 1. Consultation Fees Our rate is €100 per 40 minutes session, including a detailed de-brief tailored to your needs. The full consultation fee is due at the time of booking to confirm your session. For extended services, pricing will be discussed in advance based on the scope of work. 2. Booking Process All consultations must be scheduled via our online booking system, Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with session details and a Zoom Meet link (for virtual sessions). Would you prefer Google meet or other let us know. You can select a time that works best for you. If you require an alternative time, please contact us directly. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Rescheduling: We will happily accommodate rescheduling requests made 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Late Cancellations or No Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend without notice, the full consultation fee will be retained. 4. Flexibility & Adaptability We strive to accommodate last-minute changes where possible. Please inform us of any adjustments well in advance so we can assist with your evolving needs. 5. Confidentiality & Privacy All information shared during your consultation will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We prioritize the security of your personal and travel data, as outlined in our privacy policy. 6. Service Scope Consultations are designed to provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations.
