La Sultana – Market & Cooking Class Tagline: Tagine, spices and Moroccan cuisine secrets Description: For the ultimate epicurean delight, La Sultana unveils the secrets of Moroccan cuisine with rooftop cooking classes overlooking the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Your day begins with a guided visit to the neighboring market in the Médina to select fresh ingredients and discover traditional food shops. Back on the rooftop, the experience continues with a presentation of local spices, cooking pots, and the mint tea ritual. Under the guidance of the Chef, you’ll prepare and cook a traditional Moroccan dish in an open-air kitchen that blends culinary discovery with cultural immersion. The class concludes with lunch at “La Table du Souk,” where you’ll enjoy your own tagine and receive a copy of the Chef’s recipe.
