After Oxford street in London, Avenue Louise in Brussels and Kalverstraat in Amsterdam, Marrakech finally has its own luxury promenade. 'M' Avenue.

M' Avenue, the planning of which started in 2016, was a difficult birth with the first opening dates being postponed due to work-related problems and subsequently the Corana virus that was acting as a major party-pooper.

But now the time has finally come and many people have already enjoyed the pre-opening, but the real official opening will no doubt happen when Cristiano Ronaldo will cut the ribbons of his own CR 7 Pestana hotel during this month of October according to well-informed sources.

Where and what?

Located between Hivernage Garden and Avenue Menara, this 500-metre avenue has everything from an "Aston Martin" concessionaire to Ronaldo's CR 7 hotel. In between, there is everything your heart desires. Parking is best done in the underground car park (5 mad per hour). M avenue is accessible via Av. Moulay El Hassan (Hotel Mövenpick, Hotel Royal Atlas) or via Av. de la Ménara (Hotel Fourseasons).

If you would like to live there, you can do so in one of the residences for the reasonable price of 60,000 MAD M2.
